Design Process
The first thing we consider when designing anything is the type of font which will be used. Choosing the right font can have a major impact on the image that is portrayed so it is essential to get this right.
Conversely, get the font wrong and you could be sending out completely the wrong message.

The font used should support the corporate identity, enrich the visual appearance and be compatible with the overall design.
While there are 100's of different fonts you could choose from they basically fall into one of the following categories;
Serif, Sans-Serif, Script, and Decorative.
Serif and Sans-Serif Fonts
Serifs are non-structural details on the ends of some of the strokes that make up letters and symbols. A font that has serifs is called a 'serif' font, while a font without serifs is called a 'sans-serif' font.
Script fonts
A script font, as the name implies, looks like handwriting, and is often used when the designer is trying to achieve an elegant look. You usually find that a script font is used when you look at the label on a perfume bottle or for wedding companies.
Decorative fonts
A decorative font entertains your eyes. They are fun and attractive. You can find them on products for children, entertainment companies etc.
If you are currently considering which font you should use for your business there are some really good resources on the net for getting inspiration with regards to typography. We recommend Smashing Magazine as an excellent starting point. .Net magazine has some great articles too and is also worth a look.

"Some companies I approached just seemed to bother about getting paid whereas you got to work before even asking for anything. I cannot fault the quality and the price was the lowest quote by a long way. Thanks again"
